You’re an entrepreneur. Why would you ever need a spiritual life coach?People like you are special. You’re driven, intelligent, and you don’t play by the 9-5 rules of corporate America. You’re what other people call an entrepreneur. Because you’re someone out changing the world, I don’t need to remind you about your upcoming angel investor meeting. Or that payroll is due next week. Or that your new social media campaigns need to be fixed before your new product launch. With so much busyness, why in the world would you spend precious hours of your week with a spiritual life coach? Joseph Warren's StoryWell, maybe you’re a little like me. I’m your coach, your friend, and ten-time failed entrepreneur, Joseph Warren. I started my first company when I was 19-years-old. I’ve been building businesses ever since. But believe it or not, I made a few mistakes. I made mistakes in my business and I made mistakes in my personal life. God blessed me with early success. My first company made $2 million in revenue in its first year. But that success only brought out the darker side of me. Parties. Girls. My own ego. I chased everything I thought would make me happy, but deep down I was miserable. From the outside, my life looked great. But I was missing something. Specifically, I was missing God. To be honest, I could have used a spiritual life coach during my early twenties. I didn’t have to waste those years chasing things that didn’t matter. But I did. And though I’m at peace with that now, I regret the wasted time. Ten years later at age 30, I was exhausted. The revenue from my co-working business wasn’t where it needed to be, and I was still spiritually lost in the desert. But then I felt a nudge, a spiritual nudge, asking me to draw closer to God. I began to pray. Little by little I reconnected with God. It was a process, but since then my life has been completely transformed. I’ve found clarity in my career. I’m newly married. And I’ve been able to share my experience to transform the lives of other entrepreneurs . I now know that my calling is to be a spiritual life coach for business owners. My true IDENTITY and Higher Purpose is this: "To Bring God's sons and daughters back to Him." One resource that’s helped me in this journey has been my uncle Rick Warren’s The Purpose Driven Life (Ok, that’s a joke. Rick’s not really my uncle). If you’re in rut similar to what I described, if you want the same certainty for your life path, we should schedule a Spiritual Clarity Call. Benefits of Spiritual Life CoachingYou already know it, but I’ll say it anyway. Running a business is hard. The stress of running a business can creep into every area of your life. Even though the warning signs are clear and the world seems to be falling down all around you, you’re thinking, “If I just get one more client, I’ll be able to get centered.” Or “If I get another $100k in revenue, then I can spend more time with family.” Or “Once I sell the business to those Silicon Valley guys, then I’ll spend my Sundays at church.” Good luck. It doesn’t work that way. You’ve got to reprioritize and focus on things that truly matter. God. Family. Your heart. Let me ask you this. Do you desire to accomplish any or all of these things?
Yes? Then maybe you need a spiritual coach. It doesn’t take much time. Just an hour or two a week. You and I will sit down and talk about your life story, your dreams, your weaknesses, and the person God has called you to be. This Joseph Warren guy sounds ok, but spiritual life coaching sounds like a cult…I get that. A lot of spiritual life coaches talk about harnessing your inner energy and actualizing your desires. That’s not how I approach spiritual coaching. I approach it from the perspective of relationship. Specifically, I want you to have a relationship with Jesus, a person you can know and talk to. God isn’t a vague spirit force. He is a person who has emotions and takes delight in who He’s created you to be. Yes, the spiritual world is still important. That’s just a conversation for later. I get that this sounds pretty Christian. That’s who I am and that’s how I run my business. But even if you’re not a Christian, I can help you explore your spiritual life, areas of past trauma, and get you reoriented in your business and your personal life. I promise this is a safe space. I won’t judge you for your past or your beliefs. Trust me, my past is pretty messed up, too. But I will lean into your beliefs and weaknesses, and I will challenge you to grow! That’s what a coach is for. If you’re still not sure about spiritual life coaching, check out our Top Concerns with Spiritual Life Coaching (link) What does Spiritual Life Coaching look like Practically? When you agree to work with me, Joseph Warren, as your personal spiritual coach, you’re committing to weekly sessions. Each session will last about an hour. All coaching sessions are held remotely over Zoom. That’s about it. My spiritual coaching sessions are straightforward. But they’re not simple or easy. These sessions will not work without accountability and active participation. If you don’t want to change, I cannot help you grow. You must take the driver’s seat. I have every one of my clients sign a contract at the beginning of our relationship saying that transformation is ultimately your responsibility. You’re not alone. But together we will put in a lot of emotional work. I’ll also call you out on your crap. If you can’t hear the truth, you need another coach. If you’re only looking for affirmation, you need another coach. I’m not trying to be mean, but lifelong habits and deep-seated lies take a long time to break down. Watch this video with my friend and previous client, Fred Ward. He's given permission to share this powerful clip. Trust me. The joy and freedom you will feel is worth the struggle! Spiritual Coaching has changed these people’s lives. When clients send me testimonials, the same two themes come up again and again: clarity and personal renewal. It makes sense. When you better understand who God made you to be, when you’re not struggling to be someone you’re not, your stress goes down. When you feel loved by God, you don’t have to rely on affirmation from the world. When you surrender control, you’ll be free to do what you love while letting other people do what they love. I’ve seen this in my own business. I’m not an analytical person. Numbers and data make my eyes glaze over. But I love public speaking and connecting with others. Because I know God’s got this, I can leave the analytical work to others who are good at it. This allows me to produce a bomb podcast and focus on my speaking engagements. A win-win for everyone! Or take my friend Zach, for example. After taking my Spiritual Coaching Bootcamp, he realized he was living a hypocritical lifestyle. He claimed to be a Christian but didn’t make his faith a priority. This clarity allowed Zach to shift his priorities, which has made him a more empathetic person. Now his business is healthier because he’s kinder to both his employees and customers. Brenda claimed she loved God but felt like something was missing. Through coaching, she realized that she had a serious trust issue with God. (See, she got clarity). She thought that God would only love her if she lived up to certain standards. But that was a big lie! Working through this lie, she came to believe that God loved her. NO. MATTER. WHAT. In her own words, “Just two days later I woke up to an overwhelming feeling of being loved by my Heavenly Father!!! I just felt completely LOVED for several day!” Do you think this joy affected her relationships with coworkers and family? You bet it did. My point is that spiritual coaching works. It’s not because I’m better than you and know all the answers. That’s not it at all. And it’s not that I’m a guru with a secret formula. What it comes down to is that God has blessed me with a passion for fellow business owners and He’s blessed me with the relational skills to help other people discover their true selves. I’ll leave you with a simple question.
Do you hunger for joy, freedom, and restored relationships? If the answer is “Yes,” then let’s jump on a Spiritual CLARITY Call together. No cost. No big commitment. Just an honest conversation to give you clarity on what you want in your life.
